The World Peace
Prayer Society is hosting a special Global Link Teleconference in honor of
Global Love Day on May 1st at 12
Noon US Eastern / 4pm UTC/GMT. Harold will be the special guest joining people
from around the world. The teleconference is free, however standard phone
charges may apply to join the call. Please register in advance and also find
your corresponding time with their online converter.
An intention
meditation for Nicholas Tschense, a TLF Love Ambassador and loving inspiration,
is currently being created and we are asking everyone to assist his personal
request for a healing and transformation meditation on May 1st from 3pm to 4pm
PDT (10pm to 11pm GMT). Nicholas was born with unique brain damage and even
though he has been completely physically challenged all his life, he began
writing incredible messages of love on his alphabet board at a very early age –
several of which grace our web pages. Complete information will be provided
through a special web site for this intention. These links will also be on our
main web site.
We are hosting our
very first virtual event online at Second Life from 8am – 8pm
GMT/UTC. Philip, Rick and Erik have been preparing an amazing experience so
that we can interact with one another from around the world. Several of us have
been enjoying the preliminary presentation and we encourage you to come out
early this week to become familiar with the event prior to May 1st. We have a
special page on our website with detailed information on how to participate.
If you
are in the Seattle area, Tam and her friends are bringing together an
extraordinary music festival for Global Love Day. Various music artists will be
sharing from their heart. Local tickets and information can be found on their
special web page for this event.
Our
Global Love Day flyer is in 36 languages. All of the flyers are available to
download and print directly from our site – please share them with your friends,
coworkers, local community centers, coffee houses and businesses.
On the proclamation
front we have 45 new 2010
Governor, Mayor and Council proclamations which brings us to a
combined 283
documents as of today. We update the web site daily with
the latest announcements so check back regularly.
Author Jana Ostrom is
kindly offering free copies of her two e-books “You are Wonderful! You Are
Loved!” (mini-messenger and workbook) that you can download through Global Love
Day.
There are many more
inspiring community events, offerings and activities around the world. Here is
just a brief sample… Robin Alexis will be including Global Love Day on her radio
show this week, Yuel Bhatti with URI and ABC4All will be sharing the love in
Pakistan, Virato will have Harold as his special guest on Virato Live on May
1st, Laurie Lee Lewis is launching her newest music video, Divinity will be
together with her Louisville, Kentucky group, Neabei and his friends will be
sharing together in Monrovia, Liberia, Raphael and Emmanuel have gatherings in
Nigeria, and there are various other events in locations like Holland, England,
South Africa, Canada, Australia, and throughout America, just to name a few.
Artist Rita Smink even created a special unconditional love mandala for Global
Love Day too!
Along
with these events, people will be sharing hugs, flowers, visiting the elderly,
stopping by hospitals and orphanages, donating time and food at shelters, or
simply meditating… love will be expressing itself in infinite
ways.
We

channel.
